Temazo ! Those guys really rock at finding amazing costumes for their music videos!
I am almost sure parts of the shoots are taken at the Teotihuacan pyramids site, just north of Mexico city.
Anyway, you can compare with Radioclit revamped version which I find more dancing/jumping material if not as funny and creative as the original:
